Who we are

Fortune Recruitment is a remote sales recruitment business based in Manchester, UK. You can contact us at harry@fortunerecruitment.io.

What joining Fortune includes

Joining Fortune gives you access to our private placement network. It includes a 1-on-1 onboarding call with our team and a rep profile built from the background and track record you give us. When a client role matches your profile, we contact you personally and book an interview directly with the hiring company.

Your membership continues after your first placement. If a role isn't right for you, tell us and we'll keep matching you.

No guarantee of interviews, roles or earnings

We do not guarantee that you will receive an interview by any particular date, be offered a role, or earn any particular amount. Timeframes we mention, such as most members being booked into a first interview within 7 days of onboarding, describe typical experience rather than a promise.

Whether you are hired is decided by the hiring company, and performance in the role is up to you. Results shared on this website, including testimonials, reflect individual experiences and are not typical of every member.

Fees and payment

Joining Fortune costs a one-time fee shown on our website at the time you join (currently £500). Payment is processed by Whop, and Whop's own terms also apply to the payment itself.

We do not take any share of the commission or salary you earn in a role we introduce you to. Our revenue comes from the companies that hire through us.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate, honest information about your experience, track record and results, and to keep it up to date. You agree to conduct yourself professionally with the companies we introduce you to.

We may decline to put you forward for roles, or end your membership, if the information you provide is inaccurate or misleading, or if your conduct towards our clients or team is unprofessional.

Your relationship with hiring companies

Any role you accept is an agreement between you and the hiring company. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for the company's pay, commission structure, conduct or decisions, though we will always want to hear about problems so we can act on them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with your membership is limited to the fee you paid to join. We are not liable for indirect losses, including loss of earnings or opportunity.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from the date shown above.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
